Our Pastor

Pastor James H. Nelson, Sr. is married to Daphine A. Nelson, his best-friend and sweetheart of 25 years.
They are empty nesters and the proud parents of five children, eight loving grandchildren and one son-in-law.

Pastor Nelson is not only a man of God, but a visionary for the end-time harvest of souls. He has a deep desire and burden of heart for the unchurched and to win the lost to the Savior through evangelism and outreach, and the preaching and teaching of God’s Word. He is an avid believer of God’s Word and a diligent student through prayer and daily devotion. He is an apostolic preacher pointing unbelievers in the right direction – to God. He affirms that the Word of God should not be watered down or compromised, but taken literally.

Pastor Nelson solicits your prayers as he endeavors to do God’s Will in leading and discipling God’s people and evangelizing the unregenerate. He realizes that the work to which he has been called is a great work. Therefore, he considers it a privilege to be used by God as a servant and an instrument of righteousness, to God’s glory.
